DEMO · Kerbstone answers that with a single focused product: DEMO LISTING — a drop-in kerb unit that turns roadside drainage into distributed flood storage. The build is deliberately narrow — one problem, one buyer, one measurable outcome — so the capital being raised converts directly into evidence rather than overhead.

Materials buyers are being pushed by cost and regulation at the same moment, and the enabling components have only recently reached a price the model can carry. A year ago this was expensive; in three years it will be crowded.
